Narrative:
Upon departure teb on the teb 5 departure SID I climbed 500 ft above the prescribed altitude of 1500 ft. Workload was very heavy at the time. Distraction by multiple tasks. Approach pointed out the problem and I descended at once.

Narrative: UPON DEP TEB ON THE TEB 5 DEP SID I CLBED 500 FT ABOVE THE PRESCRIBED ALT OF 1500 FT. WORKLOAD WAS VERY HEAVY AT THE TIME. DISTR BY MULTIPLE TASKS. APCH POINTED OUT THE PROB AND I DSNDED AT ONCE.
