Narrative:

Diverted to bda for a medical emergency. Inbound to bda, flight attendants notified us they had used 2 full and 1 partial portable oxygen bottles on the passenger. We attempted to contact bda operations regarding the emergency, including the status of the portable oxygen bottles while inbound. Operations personnel had departed for the day, so no contact was made. Once on the ground (the station manager was scrambled from home), we were busy with the emergency medical personnel, maintenance regarding the overweight landing, refueling and determining whether we would need to reclr customs at destination. We forgot to mention the status of the portable oxygen bottles (3 full and 1 partial). Supplemental information from acn 616278: after departure from bda, we realized what had happened and were not sure if the partial portable oxygen bottle constituted a legal portable oxygen bottle for flight attendants on board. Use of 3 portable oxygen bottles was written up for maintenance at destination.
