Lost green hydraulic system. Emergency declared. Aircraft landed at iad. No problems. Maintenance write-up covered hydraulic system. Forgot to write up the need to reset the ram air turbine, which should have been on a separate write-up in maintenance log.

Narrative: LOST GREEN HYD SYS. EMER DECLARED. ACFT LANDED AT IAD. NO PROBS. MAINT WRITE-UP COVERED HYD SYS. FORGOT TO WRITE UP THE NEED TO RESET THE RAM AIR TURBINE, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON A SEPARATE WRITE-UP IN MAINT LOG.
