Narrative:

Tower instructed to depart runway 25 and fly runway heading. Was not able to get hold of departure frequency's due to congestion on frequency. I noticed disney 12 O'clock turned left immediately, but apparently not soon enough. If I had known prior to takeoff I couldn't get hold of departure, I would have declined departure heading.

Narrative: TWR INSTRUCTED TO DEPART RWY 25 AND FLY RWY HDG. WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HOLD OF DEP FREQUENCY'S DUE TO CONGESTION ON FREQUENCY. I NOTICED DISNEY 12 O'CLOCK TURNED L IMMEDIATELY, BUT APPARENTLY NOT SOON ENOUGH. IF I HAD KNOWN PRIOR TO TAKEOFF I COULDN'T GET HOLD OF DEP, I WOULD HAVE DECLINED DEP HDG.
