Narrative:

Upon landing at ict, ground control advised us to taxi to the gate. Ict ATIS was calling for 'snow at taxiway and runway, 1-2 inches of packed snow. Taxiway aa and K not plowed.' we proceeded to taxi via A7 to a and A8 to the gate. When we turned at A8, the snow at the taxiway was thin and there was no problem taxing, but as we got closer to the end, the snow became thick and we could not taxi further. We informed ATC that we needed help. The other airlines ground personnel came and cleared the snow around us and used a tug to pull us out. No damage was done to the aircraft or the taxiway. The flight was completed and then continued to the next destination normally. Ground control did not advise us of any adverse conditions on the taxiway.
