Narrative:

On nov/tue/02, I was the kick-out inspector on aircraft X. I completed jc XXXX pylon close up by visually checking close up of panels per jc. #1 engine dog house fairing alignment arrows were aligned and latches latched properly. The fairing later departed the aircraft on takeoff roll.
