Narrative:

I failed to get NOTAMS on restr airspace during preflight preparations. On a VFR flight from ZZZ to ZZZ1 I contacted ZZZ approach for flight following. Approach issued squawk code. At the time of initial contact, I was not in the temporary restr area. It took aprox 3 mins for approach to issue 'radar contact'. The controller stated that I was in a temporary flight restr area and issued a vector of 360 degrees. The controller stated that the restriction was due to a plant. After the flight, I tried to determine the area in relation to my flight path, I could not verify if I had actually entered the restr area, which is 5000 AGL and 5 NM on the XXX degree radial ZZZ and 23 NM.
