Narrative:

I was flying from ZZZ1, to ZZZ2. I was flying down the coast over water south of ZZZ2 airport, I turned south westward. I received ZZZ1 ATIS and called the tower. Tower had me squawk a code. When I landed, tower told me to call a telephone number. I called it, and it was ZZZ center radar, they said I was 5 or 6 mi from the ZZZ power plant.
