Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi to runway 25L via taxiway golf hold short of taxiway golf 7. Ground asked if we could accept a golf 7 intersection takeoff. We said we could accept that clearance. After contacting the tower we held for approximately 5 mins. We were then given a clearance, which was read back to cross runway 25L and taxi full length via foxtrot. Distracted with other duties I did not notice that we were about to cross runway 25R as well. The captain and I began a discussion about our position and if we were cleared to cross runway 25R. When told by tower to hold our position, we had gone past the hold line for runway 25R at taxiway foxtrot 7.

Title: GLF4 CREW HAD A RWY INCURSION WHILE TAXIING AT PHX.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 25L VIA TXWY GOLF HOLD SHORT OF TXWY GOLF 7. GND ASKED IF WE COULD ACCEPT A GOLF 7 INTXN TKOF. WE SAID WE COULD ACCEPT THAT CLRNC. AFTER CONTACTING THE TWR WE HELD FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINS. WE WERE THEN GIVEN A CLRNC, WHICH WAS READ BACK TO CROSS RWY 25L AND TAXI FULL LENGTH VIA FOXTROT. DISTRACTED WITH OTHER DUTIES I DID NOT NOTICE THAT WE WERE ABOUT TO CROSS RWY 25R AS WELL. THE CAPT AND I BEGAN A DISCUSSION ABOUT OUR POS AND IF WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS RWY 25R. WHEN TOLD BY TWR TO HOLD OUR POS, WE HAD GONE PAST THE HOLD LINE FOR RWY 25R AT TXWY FOXTROT 7.
