Narrative:

Passenger was seated in first class. #1 flight attendant realized passenger belonged in mid cabin after checking passenger lists and boarding passes. After passenger moved to seat in mid cabin became irritated and started asking for crew names and badge numbers. Passenger continued to ask for names even after receiving them, but began following flight attendant #4 up and down the aisles banging on empty seats while yelling various things at flight attendant #4. Passenger stated he did not care if he was disturbing the other passenger and continued to pace up and down the mid cabin aisle. He then entered the lavatory after banging the lavatory door 5 times against the wall. When passenger left lavatory, he had left paper towels and toilet paper all over the bathroom. The captain was notified while passenger proceeded into the lavatory. The captain asked us to give him one last warning and if hd did not stop, he would land the aircraft. Passenger eventually fell asleep. I think we let this go on way too long. Other passenger began to get nervous and flight attendant #4 felt threatened by this passenger, following her up and down the aisle. We should not have to give passenger 3 warnings before taking action. After flight, passenger deplaned and was gone with no consequences to his behavior.
