Narrative:

Intoxicated passenger with alcohol she brought onboard. Flts in and out santo domingo are notorious for passenger drinking their own liquor. They pay $800+ for a ticket and they are one of the poorest countries. Therefore they bring your own either, free drinks so we can monitor, air carrier does it to europe or, no duty free or bottles allowed onboard. We need to store them. Our passenger took off her clothes and was belligerent. Thank god she was an older woman who we could control!
