Narrative:

I entered the pattern for runway 22 at riu on the 45 degree and saw a C150/152 mid field on downwind very close to runway and climbing. I called cessna on downwind, 'what is your intention?!' no reply. I slowed and leveled off at pattern altitude. I announced my position. As I neared base leg, I called cessna again and asked intention. No reply. I turned base and announced my position. Cessna was still climbing and appeared to be leaving pattern on base leg. As I turned final, I announced my position and asked cessna intentions. No reply. As I descended, I watched cessna through my clear overhead panel. On short final, cessna turned final and an aircraft waiting to depart called second aircraft on final. I announced decathlon going around. I maintained visual with very high cessna. Cessna landed very long. Next time I will not turn base until sure of other's intentions.
