On this date, I became aware of a possible problem on aircraft X concerning a brake change on the #5 brake. I was called on to perform the rii inspection for installation. The inspection was performed in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the gpm section 18-01.

Narrative: ON THIS DATE, I BECAME AWARE OF A POSSIBLE PROB ON ACFT X CONCERNING A BRAKE CHANGE ON THE #5 BRAKE. I WAS CALLED ON TO PERFORM THE RII INSPECTION FOR INSTALLATION. THE INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES OUTLINED IN THE GPM SECTION 18-01.
