Narrative:

The captain told me he had altimeter problem. I went to stock room to look for -200 altimeter. I couldn't find one. Went back to aircraft, found foreman with altimeter and I installed altimeter he gave me. I tested it -- operations checked good. Still I had to MEL altitude alert system because I was called back to gate at push time. Captain originally told me just got altitude alert flag then later told me he had one last flight.
