Narrative:

I was working radar position combined with radar associate position. I was distraction by aircraft in another part of sector when I noticed that an F16 that had departed ZZZ airport had not been handed off to next sector. The aircraft was in a SID and the computer would not allow an automated handoff. The aircraft entered adjacent airspace prior to handoff.
