Narrative:
Computer flag in first officer's ADI. Contract mechanic reset 'B' flight control computer circuit breakers and reracked #2 air data computer. I failed to downgrade the hgs [autoland system]. After the #2 air data computer was reracked, ZZZ maintenance recertified hgs system that night.

Title: A B737-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE IN AUTOLAND STATUS AFTER WORK ACCOMPLISHED ON AUTOLAND COMPONENTS BY AN UNQUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Narrative: COMPUTER FLAG IN FO'S ADI. CONTRACT MECH RESET 'B' FLT CTL COMPUTER CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND RERACKED #2 ADC. I FAILED TO DOWNGRADE THE HGS [AUTOLAND SYS]. AFTER THE #2 ADC WAS RERACKED, ZZZ MAINT RECERTIFIED HGS SYS THAT NIGHT.
