Narrative:
I was assigned to accomplish a clearance to close on 2 fuel tank panels on aircraft X on jul/tue/04. Clearance to close was accomplished per gpm and maintenance manual. Found out today that not only was I not qualified, but everyone at ZZZ qualification had expired as well.

Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED TO ACCOMPLISH A CLRNC TO CLOSE ON 2 FUEL TANK PANELS ON ACFT X ON JUL/TUE/04. CLRNC TO CLOSE WAS ACCOMPLISHED PER GPM AND MAINT MANUAL. FOUND OUT TODAY THAT NOT ONLY WAS I NOT QUALIFIED, BUT EVERYONE AT ZZZ QUALIFICATION HAD EXPIRED AS WELL.
