Narrative:

Passenger X was pre boarded to first class on flight at gate in phx by wheel chair and straight back due to the nature of his handicap. At one point before any other passenger were boarded, he was witnessed saying 'I would kike to shoot you' by first officer and flight attendant. As flight attendant was serving, passenger X, he again said 'I would like to shoot you.' I was told what was happening and immediately called for a resolution rep. After conferring with the rep and flight crew, I wanted passenger X removed from the flight. My decision was based on the uncertainty of passenger X! Emotional and psychological state, the integrity of my flight crew, the safety of this flight and passenger under the present environment, and the added stress of having this individual on our flight. Passenger X was removed respectfully by our agents, without any resistance or complaints by passenger X.
