Narrative:

Passenger xx refused to hang up cell phone when flight attendant #4 asked him to. Flight attendant #4 then asked him again. He began to yell and throw items around him. #4 flight attendant went to inform captain. Passenger then began to call #4 flight attendant a *&%$# and say 'she' needed to be removed from aircraft. Captain called special services to remove passenger from aircraft. Before exiting aircraft, passenger told me that we would have to deal with what we have done. I don't know what he meant by that. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that she has not received any feedback about the results of this incident. She stated that the passenger did not seem under the influence of alcohol as he displayed a very aggressive personality and annoyed by the delay in the extra security upon boarding the flight.

Title: B727 PAX REFUSES TO STOP USING CELL PHONE PRIOR TO PUSHBACK. BEGAN THROWING ITEMS AT CABIN ATTENDANT AND SUBSEQUENTLY THREATENING THE CABIN CREW WHEN BEING REMOVED FROM THE ACFT BY ARPT SECURITY.

Narrative: PAX XX REFUSED TO HANG UP CELL PHONE WHEN FLT ATTENDANT #4 ASKED HIM TO. FLT ATTENDANT #4 THEN ASKED HIM AGAIN. HE BEGAN TO YELL AND THROW ITEMS AROUND HIM. #4 FLT ATTENDANT WENT TO INFORM CAPT. PAX THEN BEGAN TO CALL #4 FLT ATTENDANT A *&%$# AND SAY 'SHE' NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FROM ACFT. CAPT CALLED SPECIAL SVCS TO REMOVE PAX FROM ACFT. BEFORE EXITING ACFT, PAX TOLD ME THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHAT WE HAVE DONE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE MEANT BY THAT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT THE RESULTS OF THIS INCIDENT. SHE STATED THAT THE PAX DID NOT SEEM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AS HE DISPLAYED A VERY AGGRESSIVE PERSONALITY AND ANNOYED BY THE DELAY IN THE EXTRA SECURITY UPON BOARDING THE FLT.
