Narrative:

When aircraft was in-flight, during my meal service a passenger asked me if she could be reseated because the man next to her was drunk. She seemed very scared. I asked every flight attendant in main cabin to look for an open seat. They told me the cabin was full -- not 1 seat open. (I was the galley #2 position.) we finished the meal service and the woman was upset with me that I didn't help find her a seat. I did try and couldn't find one. I asked her if we could switch seats with the man on the aisle. She said no, she would not do that. The drunk passenger dropped his coke and flight attendant #2 picked it up for him. The drunk passenger yelled at flight attendant #2 and accused him of dropping his coke. He threatened flight attendant #2 that 'this is between you and I when we land.' we started to fill out a report on this man and all the passenger came forward saying 'he threatened me on the ground in the waiting room and on the aircraft.' he was drunk in the waiting room. He was drunk when he boarded the aircraft. (Gate agent shouldn't have ever boarded this man.) the drunk passenger yelled at me that he needed a coke and that flight attendant #2 dropped his. He said 'I know what's going on -- my wife is a flight attendant' and he claimed to be a cop. We brought this to the captain's attention. He said it wasn't a class C, it was a class B, and he would not be arrested -- it was just a bunch of paperwork for all of us, and said something about former president clinton and that dropping his pants was not a sexual harassment and he was found innocent so he wasn't sure if anything would happen to this guy. The man's behavior got worse and moved into class C, he shoved flight attendant #2 3 times and said again 'this is between you and I when we land.' on approach, he got up and went to the lavatory with his bag. He placed his bag in front of me. I was seated in my jump seat. I told him that he needed to be seated. He ignored me and then when he came out of the lavatory his pants had not been pulled all the way up. He stood up during landing with a passenger that was yelling at him to stop yelling at the woman next to him. (The woman seated next to him was crying.) the yelling and threats continued. I called the cockpit and asked for the handcuffs. A deadheading captain jumped up and tried to control this man. The cuffs were handed to the deadheading captain. The passenger was arrested after assaulting a female police office after leaving the aircraft. The police boarded the plane and then took him out. They didn't arrest the passenger until he assaulted a female police officer (arrested at gate). The police didn't ask me or flight attendant #2 if we wanted to press charges. I heard the police (port authority/authorized police) officer telling the captain that they didn't have a case because nobody wanted to press charges. I wasn't asked and I didn't hear him ask any of the passenger if they wanted to press charges.

Title: DRUNK PAX ON AN A300 ACFT IS TAKEN AWAY BY ARPT POLICE AFTER LNDG FOR THREATENING AND DISRUPTING THE CABIN ATTENDANT'S DUTIES AND HARASSING OTHER PAX. HE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ARRESTED AT THE TERMINAL GATE ENTRANCE AFTER ASSAULTING A POLICE OFFICER.

Narrative: WHEN ACFT WAS INFLT, DURING MY MEAL SVC A PAX ASKED ME IF SHE COULD BE RESEATED BECAUSE THE MAN NEXT TO HER WAS DRUNK. SHE SEEMED VERY SCARED. I ASKED EVERY FLT ATTENDANT IN MAIN CABIN TO LOOK FOR AN OPEN SEAT. THEY TOLD ME THE CABIN WAS FULL -- NOT 1 SEAT OPEN. (I WAS THE GALLEY #2 POS.) WE FINISHED THE MEAL SVC AND THE WOMAN WAS UPSET WITH ME THAT I DIDN'T HELP FIND HER A SEAT. I DID TRY AND COULDN'T FIND ONE. I ASKED HER IF WE COULD SWITCH SEATS WITH THE MAN ON THE AISLE. SHE SAID NO, SHE WOULD NOT DO THAT. THE DRUNK PAX DROPPED HIS COKE AND FLT ATTENDANT #2 PICKED IT UP FOR HIM. THE DRUNK PAX YELLED AT FLT ATTENDANT #2 AND ACCUSED HIM OF DROPPING HIS COKE. HE THREATENED FLT ATTENDANT #2 THAT 'THIS IS BTWN YOU AND I WHEN WE LAND.' WE STARTED TO FILL OUT A RPT ON THIS MAN AND ALL THE PAX CAME FORWARD SAYING 'HE THREATENED ME ON THE GND IN THE WAITING ROOM AND ON THE ACFT.' HE WAS DRUNK IN THE WAITING ROOM. HE WAS DRUNK WHEN HE BOARDED THE ACFT. (GATE AGENT SHOULDN'T HAVE EVER BOARDED THIS MAN.) THE DRUNK PAX YELLED AT ME THAT HE NEEDED A COKE AND THAT FLT ATTENDANT #2 DROPPED HIS. HE SAID 'I KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON -- MY WIFE IS A FLT ATTENDANT' AND HE CLAIMED TO BE A COP. WE BROUGHT THIS TO THE CAPT'S ATTN. THE MAN'S BEHAVIOR GOT WORSE AND MOVED INTO CLASS C, HE SHOVED FLT ATTENDANT #2 3 TIMES AND SAID AGAIN 'THIS IS BTWN YOU AND I WHEN WE LAND.' ON APCH, HE GOT UP AND WENT TO THE LAVATORY WITH HIS BAG. HE STOOD UP DURING LNDG WITH A PAX THAT WAS YELLING AT HIM TO STOP YELLING AT THE WOMAN NEXT TO HIM. (THE WOMAN SEATED NEXT TO HIM WAS CRYING.) THE YELLING AND THREATS CONTINUED. I CALLED THE COCKPIT AND ASKED FOR THE HANDCUFFS. A DEADHEADING CAPT JUMPED UP AND TRIED TO CTL THIS MAN. THE CUFFS WERE HANDED TO THE DEADHEADING CAPT. THE PAX WAS ARRESTED AFTER ASSAULTING A FEMALE POLICE OFFICE AFTER LEAVING THE ACFT. THE POLICE BOARDED THE PLANE AND THEN TOOK HIM OUT. THEY DIDN'T ARREST THE PAX UNTIL HE ASSAULTED A FEMALE POLICE OFFICER (ARRESTED AT GATE). THE POLICE DIDN'T ASK ME OR FLT ATTENDANT #2 IF WE WANTED TO PRESS CHARGES. I HEARD THE POLICE (PORT AUTH POLICE) OFFICER TELLING THE CAPT THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CASE BECAUSE NOBODY WANTED TO PRESS CHARGES. I WASN'T ASKED AND I DIDN'T HEAR HIM ASK ANY OF THE PAX IF THEY WANTED TO PRESS CHARGES.
