Narrative:
Unruly passenger from check-in to boarding. He was arrogant, used foul language, and appeared intoxicated and/or drugged. He was allowed on plane, but purser and captain had him taken off. All coach and business class had to deplane before local police could get him off aircraft.

Title: A B777 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THAT AN ABUSIVE, INTOXICATED PAX WAS REMOVED BEFORE DEP FROM SAEZ, FO.
Narrative: UNRULY PAX FROM CHK-IN TO BOARDING. HE WAS ARROGANT, USED FOUL LANGUAGE, AND APPEARED INTOXICATED AND/OR DRUGGED. HE WAS ALLOWED ON PLANE, BUT PURSER AND CAPT HAD HIM TAKEN OFF. ALL COACH AND BUSINESS CLASS HAD TO DEPLANE BEFORE LCL POLICE COULD GET HIM OFF ACFT.
