Narrative:

Our lavatories failed, with a full, long flight. We were unable to use 3-4 lavatories after takeoff from cdg. This made the flight uncomfortable for passenger and crew. As we were near our destination, all lavatories on board failed. We diverted to slc. Dumped all lavatories and proceeded to sjc. A return to cdg or closer to our takeoff would have prevented the diversion and uncomfortable situation. Please have lavatories svced prior to takeoff. This is a problem on many flts. Lavatories seem to not always be a preflight priority, causing odor and inconvenience to passenger and crew. Lavatories should be a safety related item that is monitored closer.

Title: B767 FLT LANDED SHORT OF THE DEST BECAUSE OF IMPROPERLY SVCED LAVATORIES.

Narrative: OUR LAVATORIES FAILED, WITH A FULL, LONG FLT. WE WERE UNABLE TO USE 3-4 LAVATORIES AFTER TKOF FROM CDG. THIS MADE THE FLT UNCOMFORTABLE FOR PAX AND CREW. AS WE WERE NEAR OUR DEST, ALL LAVATORIES ON BOARD FAILED. WE DIVERTED TO SLC. DUMPED ALL LAVATORIES AND PROCEEDED TO SJC. A RETURN TO CDG OR CLOSER TO OUR TKOF WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE DIVERSION AND UNCOMFORTABLE SIT. PLEASE HAVE LAVATORIES SVCED PRIOR TO TKOF. THIS IS A PROB ON MANY FLTS. LAVATORIES SEEM TO NOT ALWAYS BE A PREFLT PRIORITY, CAUSING ODOR AND INCONVENIENCE TO PAX AND CREW. LAVATORIES SHOULD BE A SAFETY RELATED ITEM THAT IS MONITORED CLOSER.
