Narrative:

May have been involved in a runway incursion. The WX was good and the wind was calm. The visibility was good, but some what restricted by the rising sun with some haze. Aircraft were landing and departing on all four of the runways, 4/22, 14/32. Recieved my IFR clearance, switched to CTAF and announced my takeoff intentions, but had to leave runway 32, because of landing aircraft on 14. Took off on 32 after 14 traffic cleared. I heard someone ask what my aircraft number was. Did not hear any other traffic announcing their possition of intentions. In retrospect, all traffic should have been using runway 22, as it is the calm wind runway.

Narrative: MAY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN A RWY INCURSION. THE WX WAS GOOD AND THE WIND WAS CALM. THE VISIBILITY WAS GOOD, BUT SOME WHAT RESTRICTED BY THE RISING SUN WITH SOME HAZE. ACFT WERE LNDG AND DEPARTING ON ALL FOUR OF THE RWYS, 4/22, 14/32. RECIEVED MY IFR CLEARANCE, SWITCHED TO CTAF AND ANNOUNCED MY TKOF INTENTIONS, BUT HAD TO LEAVE RWY 32, BECAUSE OF LANDING ACFT ON 14. TOOK OFF ON 32 AFTER 14 TRAFFIC CLEARED. I HEARD SOMEONE ASK WHAT MY ACFT NUMBER WAS. DID NOT HEAR ANY OTHER TRAFFIC ANNOUNCING THEIR POSSITION OF INTENTIONS. IN RETROSPECT, ALL TRAFFIC SHOULD HAVE BEEN USING RWY 22, AS IT IS THE CALM WIND RWY.
