Narrative:

I was given taxi clearance and hold short instructions which I complied with. After being given clearance to proceed, I started movement when a dash 8 exited an adjacent runway and cut across my path without ever contacting ground control. After stopping my movement, I was given an abbreviated clearance to taxi. Due to the confusion caused by the encounter, I taxied my normal route to the assigned runway. While crossing another runway en route (at the exit end) I saw an aircraft on about a 1/2 - 1/4 mi final approach. As I was already expediting my taxi, I was clear of the runway well before the aircraft's touchdown.

Title: MU2 PLT HAD A RWY INCURSION AFTER A LNDG ACFT CUT HIM OUT WHEN TURNING OFF THE RWY.

Narrative: I WAS GIVEN TAXI CLRNC AND HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS WHICH I COMPLIED WITH. AFTER BEING GIVEN CLRNC TO PROCEED, I STARTED MOVEMENT WHEN A DASH 8 EXITED AN ADJACENT RWY AND CUT ACROSS MY PATH WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING GND CTL. AFTER STOPPING MY MOVEMENT, I WAS GIVEN AN ABBREVIATED CLRNC TO TAXI. DUE TO THE CONFUSION CAUSED BY THE ENCOUNTER, I TAXIED MY NORMAL RTE TO THE ASSIGNED RWY. WHILE XING ANOTHER RWY ENRTE (AT THE EXIT END) I SAW AN ACFT ON ABOUT A 1/2 - 1/4 MI FINAL APCH. AS I WAS ALREADY EXPEDITING MY TAXI, I WAS CLR OF THE RWY WELL BEFORE THE ACFT'S TOUCHDOWN.
