Narrative:

Departed runway 18L. Tower assigned a 260 degree heading after departure. On initial climb, captain turned to a heading of 190 degrees. I told him 260 degrees. He said 'no, tower said 190 degrees.' I told him I read back 260 degrees. Tower turned us over to departure control. Departure told us to turn left to a 200 degree heading. So we turned right to a 200 degree heading. Breakdown in communication and failure by the captain to stop his turn until I could verify the correct heading assignment.
