Narrative:

On oct/tue/00, at approximately XM00, it was discovered that mechanism yzx, that I had previously worked on and pulled from stock, had the wrong cable drum on it. The drum came in on a used unit. I removed the drum from the unit, routed the drum through the air carrier airline repair system per job card XXX, and reinstalled said drum back on same mechanism yzx. This 1 drum was found to have 1 extra groove, and is not idented with a manufacturer's part number.
