Narrative:

Captain did not hear hold short instruction. Ground controller gave taxi 'south' runway 1 'C' hold short runway 33. We had a takeoff planned for runway 24, I acknowleged instructions and inquired about runway 24. Ground control acknowledged 'roger 24.' as we taxiied, I was consulting the airfield diagram. I looked up and realized we had crossed a hold short line. Realized it was for runway 1 (not marked with runway identification, unique setup). Made left turn, crossed a hold short line, realized it was for runway 33, noticed a beech 1900 in position and hold. Asked captain where he planned to stop and he stopped, nose over hold short line. I advised ground we were over, he acknowledged and said 'fine hold there' and cleared the beech for takeoff. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter said that there are two hold short lines that are in good condition and visible but that they are connected together and at about forty five degree angles with each other because of the runway 01 and runway 33 layout. There is no signage as to what part of the line applies to which runway and that leads to confusion.

Title: ACR CROSSES THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 33 AT WINDSOR LOCKS, CT. RPTR SUGGESTS THAT THERE IS CONFUSING SIGNAGE. ANOTHER ACFT IS CLRED TO TKOF WITHOUT THE INCURSION BEING CORRECTED.

Narrative: CAPT DID NOT HEAR HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTION. GND CTLR GAVE TAXI 'S' RWY 1 'C' HOLD SHORT RWY 33. WE HAD A TKOF PLANNED FOR RWY 24, I ACKNOWLEGED INSTRUCTIONS AND INQUIRED ABOUT RWY 24. GND CTL ACKNOWLEDGED 'ROGER 24.' AS WE TAXIIED, I WAS CONSULTING THE AIRFIELD DIAGRAM. I LOOKED UP AND REALIZED WE HAD CROSSED A HOLD SHORT LINE. REALIZED IT WAS FOR RWY 1 (NOT MARKED WITH RWY ID, UNIQUE SETUP). MADE L TURN, CROSSED A HOLD SHORT LINE, REALIZED IT WAS FOR RWY 33, NOTICED A BEECH 1900 IN POS AND HOLD. ASKED CAPT WHERE HE PLANNED TO STOP AND HE STOPPED, NOSE OVER HOLD SHORT LINE. I ADVISED GND WE WERE OVER, HE ACKNOWLEDGED AND SAID 'FINE HOLD THERE' AND CLRED THE BEECH FOR TKOF. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR SAID THAT THERE ARE TWO HOLD SHORT LINES THAT ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND VISIBLE BUT THAT THEY ARE CONNECTED TOGETHER AND AT ABOUT FORTY FIVE DEGREE ANGLES WITH EACH OTHER BECAUSE OF THE RWY 01 AND RWY 33 LAYOUT. THERE IS NO SIGNAGE AS TO WHAT PART OF THE LINE APPLIES TO WHICH RWY AND THAT LEADS TO CONFUSION.
