Narrative:

Customer walked past both flight attendants that were pulling tickets for departure. I called back to the passenger informing him that he had breached security. He presented a valid boarding pass. He explained to me 'if I don't get upgraded to business, I'll put a bomb on board.' I then left flight attendant #9, to inform the agent, of whom I wasn't happy with his reaction. So, I notified the captain, who was also hesitating of removing this person from the aircraft. We, flight attendants, presented the manual to the captain, he wanted the crew to make a decision. This person should have been removed, arrested and made to pay a fine.
