Narrative:

According to our boarding flight attendant #2, ms X, I refused to check her 2 oversized bags. When she boarded, she told our purser (flight attendant #1) that she (ms X) was a *&%#@ because she always carries all her luggage on board. When she got to row X she couldn't get one through the aisle and blocked the other passenger. She told me to do something with it, so I told her to check it since it was so heavy and large that she couldn't get it down the aisle. She refused. In order to continue with our boarding process, it became necessary for me to push the bag out of the way. She then took the bag and pushed it (it was on wheels) into my legs, injuring the bone on the front of my left leg. I was in a lot of pain and she said 'claim workmen's comp!' I then proceeded to the cockpit and told captain X. She finally realized the seriousness of the situation and followed me to the cockpit. She told captain X that she was 'so sorry,' that it was 'an accident.' he told her we flight attendants were there for her safety and we were not her slaves, that she is to cooperate with our instructions. She 'gladly' took the bag out to the agent and checked it. She cooled down, but was somewhat demanding during the flight. It was impossible for the agents to miss this bag at the gate. She interfered with my duties, which is against FAA regulations. She assaulted me, which captain X said we couldn't prove. But I have flight attendant #6 as my witness. If the bag sizer at the ticket counters and gates is not utilized, as stated in our manual it must be checked.

SHE COOLED DOWN, BUT WAS SOMEWHAT DEMANDING DURING THE FLT. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE AGENTS TO MISS THIS BAG AT THE GATE. SHE INTERFERED WITH MY DUTIES, WHICH IS AGAINST FAA REGS. SHE ASSAULTED ME, WHICH CAPT X SAID WE COULDN'T PROVE. BUT I HAVE FLT ATTENDANT #6 AS MY WITNESS. IF THE BAG SIZER AT THE TICKET COUNTERS AND GATES IS NOT UTILIZED, AS STATED IN OUR MANUAL IT MUST BE CHKED.
