Narrative:

Inbound to lga on STAR, we were 300-400 ft high at marrc crossing restr of 19000 ft. The FMS increased power too soon, ballooning us just prior to the fix. I disconnected the autoplt. But still couldn't be exactly at 19000 ft but got almost to 19300 ft by marrc.

Narrative: INBOUND TO LGA ON STAR, WE WERE 300-400 FT HIGH AT MARRC XING RESTR OF 19000 FT. THE FMS INCREASED PWR TOO SOON, BALLOONING US JUST PRIOR TO THE FIX. I DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT. BUT STILL COULDN'T BE EXACTLY AT 19000 FT BUT GOT ALMOST TO 19300 FT BY MARRC.
