Narrative:

For 2 months, we flew ewr-phl using the sbj-ard-steffe-phl routing to runway 27. Last night, phl was using runway 9 and the (V3) biggy-mazie-phl routing. The wrong flight plan was entered in the GPS. New york approach contacted us and gave us a heading to reintercept V3, as we flew off course.
