Narrative:

During preflight, first officer attitude direction indicator precessed to 10 degrees nose up pitch. After pulling indicator and vertical gyro circuit breakers, keeping out for 15 mins, and resetting for a second time per maintenance coordinator instructions and with a contract maintenance person present, ADI stopped precessing. Had seen this repeatedly in bhm due to bad gate power. Personnel at syr said it wasn't an issue.
