Narrative:

Passenger was verbally abusive to flight attendants. It started when she wanted another passenger's special meal. She was angry because she couldn't have it and argued about this with galley flight attendant, myself and flight attendant #8. She then argued about her beverage with flight attendants working on left aisle. Passenger wanted flight attendant to argue with her every time one of us passed by. Passenger called me a 'bitch.' she also called flight attendant #8 a 'racist bitch.' we were told by a passenger seated in front of her that the disruptive passenger said she could get a free ticket out of this flight. The passenger kept the flight attendants from performing our duties in a normal amount of time. She made passenger seated around her uncomfortable.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, A300, SJU-MIA, ON UNRULY PAX, DISRUPTED FLT DUTIES.

Narrative: PAX WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO FLT ATTENDANTS. IT STARTED WHEN SHE WANTED ANOTHER PAX'S SPECIAL MEAL. SHE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T HAVE IT AND ARGUED ABOUT THIS WITH GALLEY FLT ATTENDANT, MYSELF AND FLT ATTENDANT #8. SHE THEN ARGUED ABOUT HER BEVERAGE WITH FLT ATTENDANTS WORKING ON L AISLE. PAX WANTED FLT ATTENDANT TO ARGUE WITH HER EVERY TIME ONE OF US PASSED BY. PAX CALLED ME A 'BITCH.' SHE ALSO CALLED FLT ATTENDANT #8 A 'RACIST BITCH.' WE WERE TOLD BY A PAX SEATED IN FRONT OF HER THAT THE DISRUPTIVE PAX SAID SHE COULD GET A FREE TICKET OUT OF THIS FLT. THE PAX KEPT THE FLT ATTENDANTS FROM PERFORMING OUR DUTIES IN A NORMAL AMOUNT OF TIME. SHE MADE PAX SEATED AROUND HER UNCOMFORTABLE.
