Narrative:

We were flying an ILS approach to runway 25L with 3 mi visibility in a B767. We encountered 2 TCASII RA's with a brasilia that was on a visual to runway 25L. We were cleared for an ILS approach to the same runway and the brasilia was 1000 ft below us on a visual to same runway. After the second RA, we decided to go around and came back for another ILS to runway 25L and landed at lax. I think this kind of arrival procedure should not be used when you have marginal WX with a visibility of 3-4 mi, and you have both aircraft going to the same runway with a plan to sidestep to runway 25R.
