Narrative:

Heading eastbound on a training flight at 2500 ft MSL, when we saw another aircraft pass below us about 100 ft below and 100 ft to our right. A climb of about 50 ft was our action taken (with the time given). I believe the cause for not seeing the aircraft was due to the haze, and not seeing any lights on the other aircraft. Our beacon and navigation lights were on before this event took place.

Title: C150 AND LOW WING ACFT HAD NMAC.

Narrative: HDG EBOUND ON A TRAINING FLT AT 2500 FT MSL, WHEN WE SAW ANOTHER ACFT PASS BELOW US ABOUT 100 FT BELOW AND 100 FT TO OUR R. A CLB OF ABOUT 50 FT WAS OUR ACTION TAKEN (WITH THE TIME GIVEN). I BELIEVE THE CAUSE FOR NOT SEEING THE ACFT WAS DUE TO THE HAZE, AND NOT SEEING ANY LIGHTS ON THE OTHER ACFT. OUR BEACON AND NAV LIGHTS WERE ON BEFORE THIS EVENT TOOK PLACE.
