Narrative:

Due to rerte on aug/xx/98, trip #YYY, air carrier captain was rerted to fly in excess of 30 hours in 7 day period. At time of rerte, captain verified with crew scheduling rerte was legal. 3 days later captain was advised by crew scheduling supervisor rerte exceeded 30 hours in 7 day period. No human performance considerations were attributed to this event.

Title: A BAE146 FAR PART 121 CAPT EXCEEDS 30 HRS IN 7 DAYS. HE IS INFORMED OF ERROR AFTER THE FACT BY THE FLC SCHEDULER.

Narrative: DUE TO RERTE ON AUG/XX/98, TRIP #YYY, ACR CAPT WAS RERTED TO FLY IN EXCESS OF 30 HRS IN 7 DAY PERIOD. AT TIME OF RERTE, CAPT VERIFIED WITH CREW SCHEDULING RERTE WAS LEGAL. 3 DAYS LATER CAPT WAS ADVISED BY CREW SCHEDULING SUPVR RERTE EXCEEDED 30 HRS IN 7 DAY PERIOD. NO HUMAN PERFORMANCE CONSIDERATIONS WERE ATTRIBUTED TO THIS EVENT.
