Narrative:

On profile arrival pilots did not immediately notice 12000 ft restr at tejay. Aircraft were descending to 10000 ft for arnes restr when we noticed tejay restr. Aircraft climbed back up to 12000 ft until tejay. This arrival is approaching the realm of too complicated. The tejay note is under instead of over, like all the other restrs from the east. Perhaps it should be expanded to a bigger format like some others.
