Narrative:

A T45/I, IFR arrival to gjt, estimated at XA02Z landed at XA08Z on a visual approach to runway 11 (overhead approach). According to ARTS IIIE, the pilot's speed was 440 KTS -- well above the maximum authority/authorized speed for class D airspace (inbound from the west). Several conflicts have resulted from the excessive speed of arrival IFR/VFR military aircraft. Someone please do something about the speed of arriving and departing military aircraft before someone gets killed.
