Narrative:

I recently started in a new position as director of maintenance for a repair station. A C150 came due for an annual/100 hour inspection. Relying on available records, I assumed that airworthiness directives were completed up to a particular date. After completing newly issued airworthiness directives from that date forward and applicable repeat airworthiness directives, I returned the aircraft to service. I have subsequently come to believe that the airworthiness directive compliance list was incomplete and have started a review to determine the true status of compliance.
