Narrative:

I performed an annual inspection on above aircraft nov/97 and released for service. Upon subsequent annual inspection, it was discovered that I had not entered 3 airworthiness directives in the aircraft logbook. Specifically, airworthiness directive 79-16-02 on seat belts, 76-07-12 on checking ignition switch 'off' position, and 93-19-04 regarding a date stamp on the carburetor float. I had accomplished the last 2 but failed to record them. I missed the first one because it was not in my microfiche file at the time. I felt pressure to get the job done and hurried too much. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that he was given 15 days by the FAA notice of certificate action for submitting this report to ASRS as one of several remedial actions required by the reporter as FAA sanction for being in noncompliance of the FARS.
