Narrative:
737's with speed restrs due to deicing are being deferred per airworthiness directive. The gpm only provides 4 deferral auths. The airworthiness directive is not a deferral authority/authorized. It has also been deferred per MEL 55-9A, which doesn't exist. Pdl 55T-99A has also been used, which also doesn't exist. Review aircraft history chapter 55 for aircraft.

Narrative: 737'S WITH SPD RESTRS DUE TO DEICING ARE BEING DEFERRED PER AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE. THE GPM ONLY PROVIDES 4 DEFERRAL AUTHS. THE AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE IS NOT A DEFERRAL AUTH. IT HAS ALSO BEEN DEFERRED PER MEL 55-9A, WHICH DOESN'T EXIST. PDL 55T-99A HAS ALSO BEEN USED, WHICH ALSO DOESN'T EXIST. REVIEW ACFT HISTORY CHAPTER 55 FOR ACFT.
