Narrative:

While landing at bdl I was cleared for the visual approach to runway 15. Upon landing I kept the speed up as I taxied to our ramp. As I was taxiing I didn't see the end of the runway coming. When I did, it was too late to stop. I overran the runway. I did not feel, see, or hear that I hit any lights. The next morning I was told some lights were broken. I believe one of the contributing factors of the problem is that as a cargo pilot we have tight deadlines which make us rush a lot, and all that hustle can lead to problems. From this I learned, and I will slow down even if that means blowing my deadline.
