Narrative:

Concerning flight xyz MEL. MEL xx-yy was not listed on our flight release from ZZZ-YYY. MEL xx-yy concerns the airstair door not operable. The company operations was notified in YYY and was added on release before the continuation of flight xyz to XXX. The MEL was added to company's computer but no reason was given as to why it was not on flight from ZZZ to YYY.

Title: A B737 WAS IMPROPERLY DISPATCHED WITH THE AIRSTAIR DOOR INOP AND DEFERRED PER THE MEL BUT NOT PRINTED OUT ON THE FLT RELEASE.

Narrative: CONCERNING FLT XYZ MEL. MEL XX-YY WAS NOT LISTED ON OUR FLT RELEASE FROM ZZZ-YYY. MEL XX-YY CONCERNS THE AIRSTAIR DOOR NOT OPERABLE. THE COMPANY OPS WAS NOTIFIED IN YYY AND WAS ADDED ON RELEASE BEFORE THE CONTINUATION OF FLT XYZ TO XXX. THE MEL WAS ADDED TO COMPANY'S COMPUTER BUT NO REASON WAS GIVEN AS TO WHY IT WAS NOT ON FLT FROM ZZZ TO YYY.
