Narrative:

On the PDZ2 arrival in the vicinity of the arnes intersection we experienced a map shift on the first officer's FMC. Captain was in expanded ILS and the first officer was in automatic mode. First officer switched to manual mode and deviation to assigned clearance occurred. Called dispatch desk immediately after arrival and told dispatcher of the above. Captain was tuned to lax runway 25L localizer. No reference on the first officer's receiver at time of shift.

Title: AN ACR B757 FLC EXPERIENCES A MAP SHIFT THAT WAS APPARENTLY CAUSED WHEN THE IRS SYS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO UPDATE THEMSELVES DUE TO FLC MISOP OF THE NAV RADIOS.
