Narrative:

On landing, right main tires blew. Attempted to clear runway 21R. At Y9, smelled the tires. Unable to taxi with normal power. Stopped aircraft, advised tower of possible FOD and that we were stopped on Y9. Called for emergency equipment to check aircraft and for maintenance to tow aircraft.
