Narrative:
Van was late for our pick-up/crew was rushed to make on time departure. Took off 1900 pounds over landing weight based on fuel burn. No other limits were exceeded. Discovered error in descent to sdf. No corrective action was necessary due to ATC delays in terminal area caused by WX. Landing was uneventful and 1200 pounds below maximum landing weight.

Narrative: VAN WAS LATE FOR OUR PICK-UP/CREW WAS RUSHED TO MAKE ON TIME DEP. TOOK OFF 1900 LBS OVER LNDG WT BASED ON FUEL BURN. NO OTHER LIMITS WERE EXCEEDED. DISCOVERED ERROR IN DSCNT TO SDF. NO CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS NECESSARY DUE TO ATC DELAYS IN TERMINAL AREA CAUSED BY WX. LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL AND 1200 LBS BELOW MAX LNDG WT.
