Narrative:

While flying the prado 5 departure off runway 26L at ontario we flew through 4000 ft en route to 7000 ft 8 DME northwest of the pdz VOR. The SID restricts us to at-or-below 4000 ft until 6 DME northwest of the pdz VOR. Contributing factor: this restr does not exist in the B767 FMC database. Due to good climb rate aircraft flew through 4000 ft before deviation could be prevented. Supplemental information from acn 363300: first officer's plate was older and did not include the 6 NM/4000 ft restr -- so he was not in a position to back me up. In addition, I do not recall briefing that particular restr.
