Narrative:
I was taxiing across runway 16/34 about 1200 ft from end of runway 16 (takeoff). No traffic was seen and no radio calls heard. I saw the cessna come by me over the side of the runway. (I was about 1/2 way across.) complacency -- there was no traffic around. Contributing factor -- sun was low and glary in direction of takeoff area.
