Narrative:
On arrival in the dfw area there was a thunderstorm over the airport, we were issued holding and then numerous altitude, heading and runway changes. During this time a clearance to cross didly at 11000 ft was missed. A contributing factor was a required company radio call to get a gate.

Title: THE FLC DISTR BY REQUIRED COMPANY CALL FOR A GATE FAILED TO MAKE THE ALT RESTR.
Narrative: ON ARR IN THE DFW AREA THERE WAS A TSTM OVER THE ARPT, WE WERE ISSUED HOLDING AND THEN NUMEROUS ALT, HDG AND RWY CHANGES. DURING THIS TIME A CLRNC TO CROSS DIDLY AT 11000 FT WAS MISSED. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS A REQUIRED COMPANY RADIO CALL TO GET A GATE.
