Narrative:

Made a standard no flap (flaps MEL deferred) approach to runway 24 at islip. Broke out 200 ft above minimums with crosswind from the left. Used normal crosswind, no flap landing technique, shortly after touchdown the aircraft started to weathervane and hydroplane sliding to the right. Used differential reverse and maximum braking to realign aircraft with centerline and stop. Clearing the runway noticed act was sluggish, suspected blown tire or tires so secured aircraft clear of the runway and called for assistance.
